We are hiring dependable, compassionate Personal Support Workers / Direct Support Professionals for current client assignments. This is one-on-one support work in the home and community. Staff may assist with daily routines, supervision, companionship, life skills, community activities, and personal goals. We are looking for reliable, patient, professional caregivers who are interested in meaningful, long-term work. Current Open Assignments Please tell us which schedule you are interested in when you apply. Position 1:
Long-Term Afternoon Support Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 3:00 p.m. - 6:00/6:30 p.m. Occasional weekday full-day availability preferred This is a good fit for someone steady, mature, patient, and looking for a long-term assignment. Position 2: Weekday Evening Support begins July 2026
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Approximately 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Position 3: Weekend Support begins July 2026
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday Approximately 8 hours per day Exact weekend hours are still being finalized. Responsibilities May Include Supporting daily routines and personal goals Providing supervision and companionship Assisting with community outings and activities Encouraging independence and life skills Following the client's support plan Completing basic documentation Communicating concerns promptly with agency leadership Requirements Must be able to pass a Level 2 AHCA background screening High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be dependable, patient, and professional Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, APD services, caregiving, behavioral health, or direct support is preferred but not required. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
