We are currently seeking a dedicated and dependable Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Position Overview As a Live-In DSP, you will reside in the home and provide daily support to individuals served by One Quest LLC. Your role will focus on promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. This position requires staff to live in the home seven days per week, with scheduled downtime available for personal activities and responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs Support bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing routines Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed Administer and document medications according to established procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment Complete daily documentation, progress notes, and required records Encourage independence, social engagement, and skill development Assist with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Provide transportation as needed Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support networks Protect the privacy, dignity, and rights of all individuals served Qualifications Valid Driver's License CPR and First Aid Certification HIPAA Training HIV/AIDS and Infection Control Training Zero Tolerance and Direct Care Core Competency Training PCM Training Don't have all certifications yet?
