Would you like to make a difference every day in someone's life? Our agency is seeking an experienced Home Health Aide to work with our clients in the Tampa, FL area. Work closely with our clinical staff to support therapeutic, medical and behavioral plans, provide assistance and strategies to the individuals we serve to live as independently as possible. The Home Health Aide must be patient, experienced, kind, and have a caring heart for our clients. Professionalism and empathy are a must when working in home health. The Home Health Aide should be comfortable with working independently and consulting with the clinical management team to ensure proper care and safety for our clients. We are seeking an experienced caregiver for clients who require moderate to total hands-on care. You must have experience with the elderly and clients with dementia. Professional references must be verifiable. Responsibilities Assist with daily living skills including feeding, bathing, and incontinence care. Provide meaningful play to encourage life skills Provide guidance on a range of developmental goals from prescribed exercise, nutrition, and supporting care

Qualifications:

Pay:
