Resident Care Assistant, Medication Tech, and/or CNAs All Shifts

Resident Care Assistant, Medication Technician, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team across all shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow care plans and ensure residents' needs are met with dignity and respect
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident care

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CNA, Medication Technician, or relevant healthcare qualification
• Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed care instructions
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and nights We offer competitive pay rates of $20 per hour for second shift (3 PM to 11 PM) and $20
• 22 per hour for third shift (11 PM to 7 AM).
