The ideal candidate must be dependable, well-groomed, respectful, and able to represent the company with excellence while providing hands-on support to patients and families. This position requires someone who understands the importance of showing up on time, communicating clearly, and treating every patient with dignity and care. Position Summary The Home Health Aide will assist patients with personal care and daily living activities in the home setting. Visits may range from short visits to several hours, depending on the patient's needs and authorization. Responsibilities Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Support patients with light homemaking tasks related to their care. Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the office or supervising nurse. Follow the patient's care plan and company policies. Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times. Arrive on time and communicate promptly regarding scheduling or patient concerns. Represent M.D. Home Health in a polished, respectful, and professional manner. Requirements Current Home Health Aide certification. Current CPR/First Aid certification. Prior home health experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred. Must be dependable, professional, and able to communicate clearly. Must be compassionate, patient, and respectful when working with clients and families. Must be able to pass required background screening. Schedule Part-time position. Hours vary based on patient needs. Some visits may be one hour, while others may be up to four hours or more depending on the case.
