SEEKING HOME CARE AIDES TO FILL IN AS NEEDED AND WORK WEEKENDS AND NEW CASES AS THEY COME IN. NOT IDEAL FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR THIS TO BE THEIR MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME. PART TIME POSITION.

We're looking for compassionate part-time caregivers to join our team in the Greensboro and surrounding areas! As we continue to grow our client base in that region, we need reliable caregivers who are available and ready to step in as new clients come on board. This is a great opportunity for a second job or flexible part-time work.

Duties:

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Experience:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
• Experience with stand by assist transfers
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
