We're looking for team members who are reliable, caring, professional, and committed to helping clients maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Mobility/transfers Walking assistance Light housekeeping: Laundry Dishes Sweeping / tidying client areas Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders (non-medical only) Companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments or errands if needed Observe and report changes in client condition to office staff or RN supervisor Maintain accurate visit notes/documentation
