Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP)•
Adult Male Client Pay:
$17/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
3 PM•7 PM Some weekends: 11 AM•5
PM Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an adult female who requires minimal assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and experienced in providing support within the home and community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide minimal assistance with ADLs (personal care, hygiene, and daily routines) Offer verbal cues and prompts to support independence Assist with moderate behavior management needs using appropriate techniques Accompany and support the individual in community-based activities Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in behavioral situations Reliable transportation and willingness to participate in community outings High school diploma or equivalent (required) Join us in making a positive impact—helping individuals achieve greater independence while building rewarding relationships.
