Summary As a Personal Care Assistant at Joynus Care, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate support to individuals in assisted living and home care settings. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their health and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, lighthouse cleaning, etc.... Monitor and record vital signs to ensure client health is maintained. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Help clients with mobility and physical tasks, including lifting when necessary. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Support clients in adhering to their treatment plans and medication schedules. Respect resident rights and promote dignity in all interactions. Requirements Experience in assisted living or home care environments preferred. Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to client advocacy. Ability to monitor vital signs accurately. Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
