8am to 4pm; 4pm to 11pm; 11pm to 8pm

Oversee the daily operations of a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care needs
Supervise and support a team of caregivers in providing high-quality care to residents
Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs and preferences
Ensure medication administration is carried out accurately and in accordance with regulations
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, to ensure residents' medical needs are met
Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise

Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care needs is required
Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
Experience supervising a team of caregivers
