Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals needing in-home support. Our agency is committed to providing high quality, client-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, comfort, and safety in the home environment. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personal care while building trusting relationships with clients and families. We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing exceptional care. Duties Provide compassionate in-home care and support to elderly clients and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, tidying, and changing bed linens Remind clients to take medications as directed (non-medical reminders only) Observe and report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the agency supervisor Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during each shift Follow individualized care plans and all agency policies and safety procedures Provide reliable transportation or accompany clients to appointments or errands if required Requirements Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, or healthcare experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality with a strong desire to help others Ability to work independently in clients' homes while maintaining professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray is mandatory. Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, dementia, or mobility limitations is a plus Available Shifts & Client Care Needs Morning Care Shift (8:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM) This shift supports clients who need assistance safely starting their day.
Caregivers help with morning routines, personal care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and fall prevention.
Afternoon / Evening
Care Shift (2:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM) This shift provides supervision, companionship, and support during afternoon and evening hours when many clients may experience increased confusion, loneliness, or restlessness. Full-Day Care Shift (8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM) This extended shift supports clients requiring ongoing assistance and supervision throughout the day. Overnight Care Shift (8:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM) This shift focuses on overnight safety, monitoring, and assistance for clients who should not remain alone during nighttime hours.
Pay:
$13.00
