We are currently looking for experienced caregivers who will provide quality in-home and community-based care to seniors and individuals needing daily support. Candidates must have experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Direct Support Professional (DSP). Preference will be given to candidates with an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential . Whether you are experienced in caregiving or looking to grow in the healthcare field, we offer an opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding environment. Key responsibilities As a caregiver with EWC, you will: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, and meal support Provide companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Encourage independence and community engagement Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Active CNA certification preferred Experience as a PCA, HHA, DSP, caregiver, or similar role Experience with seniors, veterans, home care, or IDD/waiver services is a plus Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow within the EWC program.
