• 12:00 AM) Job Summary We are hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting in Marietta, GA.

This is a hands-on, entry-level caregiving role with paid training, ideal for people interested in healthcare, human services, or social services. No prior caregiver or DSP experience is required. What You Will Do Provide direct support and caregiving in a group home setting Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, dressing, routines) Support community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Help with light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, simple meal preparation) Encourage independence, skill-building, and positive behavior Follow care plans and safety procedures to maintain a safe home environment Schedule and Hours Evening shifts: typically 4:00 PM

• 12:00 AM Part-time and full-time positions available Typical part-time: 16-30 hours per week

Full-time:

up to 32-40 hours per week, based on availability and performance Some weekend and holiday shifts may be required Compensation and Benefits $13
