Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks related to patient transfers and caregiving duties. Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents' families, and other caregivers. Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring long-term care support.
