In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to providing personalized care in the clients home and or facility . Duties Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and document changes in clients' health status or behavior. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures. Qualifications Previous experience in home setting or similar environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of ADLs and experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the clients and their families. Ability to lift and assist residents safely, following proper techniques to prevent injury . Certification in First aide is preferred by can obtain upon hiring. Valid Drivers license if driving client Is required.
