We help seniors stay independent, connected, and thriving at home through companionship, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and lifestyle support. We are not a traditional home care agency. What You'll Do Provide genuine companionship and meaningful conversation Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities Assist with light housekeeping and home organization Help with grocery shopping and everyday errand runs Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning Coordinate daily activities and lifestyle support Complete brief visit documentation after each appointment using our app Communicate professionally with TSC leadership regarding client needs and visit updates

What We're Looking For Required:

Genuine love for seniors — this is the most important qualification on this list Reliable personal transportation and valid Georgia driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check AND fingerprint check through Georgia DCH Warm, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication skills — verbal and written Smartphone with ability to use our Thriver app for scheduling and documentation Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:

Prior experience working with seniors (home care, assisted living, adult day care, senior center, etc.) CPR/First Aid certification (not required but a plus) Experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or companion

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You're looking for a clinical or medical role — TSC is strictly non-medical You're not comfortable working independently in clients' homes Reliability is a challenge — our clients count on you showing up You don't genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults What You'll Earn $17.00/hour — non-negotiable Paid weekly This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you are responsible for your own taxes Flexible scheduling — you set your availability, we match you with clients

Important Requirements Background and Fingerprint Check:

All Thriver candidates must successfully complete a background check and fingerprint check through the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) prior to their first client visit. TSC will guide you through this process. A satisfactory determination is required before you can begin working with clients.

Transportation:

Reliable personal transportation is required — you will be transporting clients to appointments and errands as part of your role. Your vehicle must be insured and in good working condition. 1099

Independent Contractor:

This is not a W-2 employee position. As a 1099 independent contractor you are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes. TSC will issue a 1099-NEC if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. Schedule Flexible — you set your own availability Part-time to start — hours grow as our client base grows Daytime, evening, and weekend availability a plus Minimum availability of 10 hours per week preferred Service Area Douglas County, Paulding County, Cobb County, Fulton County Must be willing to travel within these counties to serve clients.
