• We have an urgent client opening beginning Wednesday, July 8, with a schedule of approximately 9:00/9:30 AM-12:00/12:30 PM in Marion, IA.

This position begins with approximately 3 hours per visit, with the opportunity to add additional hours based on your availability and performance. As an In-Home Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care in a client's home while building genuine relationships and supporting their independence. No two days are exactly alike, but every day offers the opportunity to positively impact someone's life.

Responsibilities:

Personal Care Assist with bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing Provide toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and use of mobility devices Provide medication reminders Companionship Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship Encourage hobbies, games, walks, and other enjoyable activities Provide emotional support and help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation Household Support Light housekeeping, including laundry, changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, dishes, and general tidying Meal planning and meal preparation Grocery shopping and running errands Transportation to medical appointments and community outings, when needed Observation & Communication Observe and report changes in a client's physical, emotional, or mental condition Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Communicate professionally with the Legacy Home Care office regarding client needs Why Join Legacy Home Care?
