We are actively building our caregiver team as we begin serving clients in the Quad Cities area and are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who want meaningful, consistent work. Responsibilities Companionship and conversation Assistance with daily activities (ADLs) Meal preparation Light housekeeping Transportation (when applicable) Monitoring safety and well-being Communicating updates as needed Pay & Schedule $17-$18 per hour (based on experience, availability, and case fit) Longer shifts available Consistent hours prioritized Opportunities for increased pay based on performance and case type Who We're Looking For We welcome caregivers from a variety of backgrounds, including: Experienced caregivers CNAs (active or inactive) DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) DD aides / developmental disability experience Home health aides (HHAs) Personal care aides (PCAs) Individuals with experience caring for seniors or family members Nursing or healthcare students You should be: ✔ Reliable and professional ✔ Able to show up consistently and follow through on commitments ✔ Compassionate and patient ✔ Comfortable working independently ✔ Able to communicate clearly ✔ Committed to providing quality care Requirements Valid driver's license (for certain cases) Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Prior caregiving experience preferred A Note on Our Approach We value real experience, consistency, and the right fit over titles alone.
