Position Overview:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Optimae Home Health Services, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and basic medical tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. This position offers flexibility, typically working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with minimal to no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help with mobility, including transferring patients from beds to wheelchairs. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Assist with household tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping. Report observations and changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
