We are committed to fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Report directly to the administrator, designated supervisor, or Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). Provide building activities. Assist individuals with daily activities such as maintaining cleanliness, meal preparation, running errands, and grocery shopping. Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation. Facilitate community engagement and social activities, fostering the development of social skills. Develop and implement individual treatment schedules for residents. Provide transportation to appointments as required.
