Caregiver / Companion Care (Mental Health Support - Part-Time)
Location:
Boise, ID (In-home care)
Job Type:
Part-Time (Up to 25 hours/week)
Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide in-home companion care and emotional support for an independent adult female client. This role is primarily focused on mental health support, daily structure, and companionship. The ideal candidate is calm, patient, and able to provide a steady, supportive presence while encouraging healthy routines and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with daily structure and routine building Encourage positive coping skills and healthy habits Light assistance with daily tasks as needed Engage in conversation, activities, and supportive presence Maintain a safe, respectful, and calm environment
Requirements:
Experience in caregiving, companion care, or mental health support preferred Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Background check may be required
Schedule:
Flexible part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week. Days and times can be arranged with caregiver availability.
