We specialize in helping people who are searching for real solutions for back pain, neck pain, headaches, disc problems, joint issues, auto injuries, and chronic conditions — often after they have "tried everything else." We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and compassionate Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant to join our team. This is NOT a typical rehab-only technician position. You are a key player in our office and patients' lives This role focuses primarily on patient rehabilitation, therapies, movement assessment, technology-assisted care, and helping patients through their recovery process while working directly alongside the doctor and team. If you have a passion for health, fitness, rehabilitation, sports medicine, wellness, movement, or helping people heal naturally, we would love to meet you. Primary Responsibilities Patient Rehabilitation & Therapy Demonstrate and assist patients with rehabilitation and exercise protocols Apply therapies including StemWave, decompression, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound Assist with patient movement testing and range of motion analysis Work directly with the doctor during patient care and treatment procedures Record patient findings, instructions, and treatment documentation Communicate clearly and confidently with patients throughout care Take digital X-rays (training provided) Technology & Patient Support Help track patient progress and clinic statistics Assist with patient education and follow-through Help patients feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported during care Media & Marketing Support Record videos and assist with light video editing Help support clinic social media and video newsletters Participate in community outreach and wellness-focused marketing projects Cross-Training Opportunities While this role is primarily focused on rehabilitation and patient care, all team members are cross-trained to help support overall clinic operations as needed, including: Scheduling Patient communication Reception support Basic office tasks Billing support We believe in teamwork, flexibility, and helping each other succeed. Hours This is a full-time position averaging approximately 36 hours per week.
