Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals and Medication Technicians to join our team immediately. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) schedules, with opportunities to start as soon as tomorrow. The ideal candidates will have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with diverse needs, including those requiring assisted living, memory care, or specialized medical support. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders. Monitor and record vital signs and health status using electronic health record (EHR) Administer medications accurately following medical documentation protocols and HIPAA regulations. Support residents with specialized needs such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Developmental delay etc. Maintain a safe environment Teaching daily living skills Community Activities! Company transportation and all activities paid for! This is one on one care. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to work in
