• 7AM (Sat & Sun) $14hr What you'll do Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Monitor and document patient vital signs and behaviors to ensure optimal health and safety. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences. Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being. Administer medications as prescribed while adhering to HIPAA regulations for confidentiality. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space, ensuring a safe environment for all. Support residents with mobility assistance, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary. Basic qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism. Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques to respond effectively in emergencies Previous experience in group homes, assisted living, or nursing home settings. Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or memory care practices. Strong skills in patient observation and monitoring for changes in health status.
