We're looking for dependable, kind-hearted individuals to join our 'ohana as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). If you're looking for meaningful weekend work where you can truly make a difference, this is it. In this role, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them build independence, feel supported, and live fulfilling lives. What You'll Do Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication assistance Provide encouragement, emotional support, and companionship Assist with community outings and recreational activities Help build life skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Document care and communicate effectively with the team Work alongside families and providers to follow individualized care plans What You Bring High school diploma or GED Caregiving experience is a plus (we're happy to train the right person!) Strong communication and people skills A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification (training provided) Openings Overnight 10:00 pm-6:00am

Nampa:

Monday, Wednesday Friday, Saturday and Sunday Meridian:

Friday and Saturday Weekends 6:00 am- 2:00pm & 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
