Job Description:

Join our team as an On-Call Direct Support Professional. at Home Reach, where you'll collaborate with our professional team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves on-call responsibilities, determined by weekly needs, offering flexibility while ensuring our clients receive the care they deserve.

Responsibilities:

Be available to fill shifts as needed, 24/7. Assist clients with daily activities, including cleaning, shopping, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide invaluable companionship and emotional support to clients. Aid clients in mobility and transportation, as needed. Contribute to planning and participating in recreational and social activities. Maintain accurate records of client care.

Qualifications/ Skills:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous supervisory or management experience. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Excellent time management and communication skills. Caring nature and commitment to customer service.

Requirements:

Attention to detail. Computer proficiency. Customer service orientation. Psych experience (a plus).
