SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Negotiable hourly rates up to $22/hour depending upon location, shift days and hours, etc. Various shift times Full schedule, part time schedule, and per diem hours One-on-one coverage working with developmentally disabled, group home coverage, day programs, etc. Assisting with ADLs, engaging in activities with residents, and other responsibilities depending upon the assignment.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) on IDPH registry CPR/1st aid training completed in-person following AHA or ARC guidelines Experience working with developmentally disabled, autistic, at-risk youth populations
