Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient visits with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain organized patient records, update files, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist with billing procedures, insurance documentation, and other administrative paperwork to support billing accuracy. Support the home health care team by preparing supplies, managing office inventory, and handling correspondence. Facilitate communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery. Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining a clean workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or healthcare-related certifications are a plus. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and electronic health record systems preferred. Prior experience in office administration or healthcare settings is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and uphold confidentiality standards.
