If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking for meaningful work, we want to hear from you. This position is ideal for college students, career changers, individuals seeking extra income, or individuals re-entering the workforce. Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals served Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, household tasks) Support individuals with skill-building, goals, and personal development Transport individuals to appointments and community activities Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and ability to meet Illinois driving requirements Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Part-Time Benefits:
