2nd & 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional- Training Provided

Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour Job description: Paid Training up to 4 weeks When you start your Open Door career, you will have 4 weeks of paid training with hands-on experience in the group homes. When you complete the training, you will become a Direct Support Professional (DSP). $1,500 Sign on Bonus (subject to terms and conditions disclosed upon hire) What you can expect In this role, you will be helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with their daily care. As a caregiver, you will be assisting residents in one of our ten group homes throughout Sandwich. You will have a strong support system with your supervisor and co-workers. Each home has a meal plan that you can help prepare with the clients. Each day you will be able to build relationships with the individuals you help. This role allows you to give back to someone in the community that needs your help. Position is a combination of 2nd and 3rd shifts. Base pay is $16/hr with extra earned based on day and location.
