for our residents at our modern South Holland, IL location. Only solid, coachable, trustworthy, CARING and ready to start working candidates should apply! This role is vital to achieving goals/outcomes for individuals as it relates to learning life essential skills, integrating within the community, and engaging in new experiences in a premiere residential CILA home. The DSP will provide assistance, monitor, report, prevent, and observe any and all health and safety concerns for all individuals supported while at home, in-transit, and in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a secure, positive environment with top quality care for our residents. Assist with resident's daily needs, monitoring, and following systems established. Maintain a tidy and organized home by performing housekeeping duties. Assures the safety and health of individual is maintained at all times. Help individuals reach goals that are listed in their Personal Care and/or Behavior Plans. Complying with the Company's and IDHS policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic personality is a must! MUST be at least 21 years of age; be flexible and able to adapt to meet the unique needs of each individual. Candidate must possess a HS Diploma or GED to become MED certified.

MUST HAVE DSP/CILA EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLETED TRAINING. MUST

be able to meet the HealthCare Worker Background Check requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. MUST have a reliable transportation for work responsibilities/valid drivers license to utilize company car. MUST successfully meet the agency training requirements.

AM WAGE:

Starting $19.00 (depending upon work performance, experience etc.,) All shifts have potential increases with incentives and bonuses
