Direct Support Professional

Now Hiring a Direct Support Professional - Get paid to make a difference - $17.55 to $20.80 per hour depending on responsibilities and enhancements FAYCO Enterprises, Inc is looking for Direct Support Professionals that have a strong desire to have a positive effect on adults with developmental disabilities and a commitment to supporting and promoting their individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals. The successful applicant for the Direct Support Professional will provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities within the CILA program. This is an evening hour, weekend position. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in group home settings, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and report changes in patients' conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their physical and emotional health.

Requirements:
