Join a team that makes a difference every day. At Towne Park Assisted Living, we are committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive and respectful environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support our nursing team and help ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
Position Summary:
The Personal Care Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed nurse to support daily resident care and assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while helping meet the personal needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care Support Assist with basic resident care needs and comfort measures Make occupied and unoccupied beds Check on residents regularly and report needs to nursing staff Respond promptly to call lights Dining & Nutrition Support Deliver and serve meal trays Provide snacks between meals and at bedtime Ensure water pitchers are clean and refilled each shift Environment & Safety Maintain clean, neat, and organized resident care areas Follow assigned schedules and work tasks Comply with all applicable regulations and facility policies Use proper safety procedures and protective equipment Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment concerns Team & Culture Attend and participate in in-service trainings Treat residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with courtesy and respect Support a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous healthcare or caregiving experience is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail Why Join Us?
