What You'll Do as a DSP, you'll support individuals in their daily lives while promoting independence and community involvement.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily routines and activities Supporting development of independent living skills Coordinating healthcare needs Administering medications (with training) Encouraging positive personal care habits Empowering individuals to make choices and express preferences Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Valid Driver's License Proof of Auto Insurance Social Security Card or Birth Certificate Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts Ability to pass federal and state background checks No experience required - paid training provided!

Schedule Options 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Day, evening, and overnight shifts available Rotating weekends / weekend availability as needed Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) available for full-time employees (32+ hours/week)
