Days (Varies) | Part-Time Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) working during daytime hours with flexible schedules! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other challenges. Your energetic and positive approach will empower individuals to achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, and participate actively in their communities. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, hygiene) Support behavior plans and coping skills Assist with medication administration Document care and complete electronic records each shift Teach life skills and encourage community participation Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities Requirements 21 years or older CPR & First Aid certification (required) Comfortable transporting individuals served Strong communication and writing skills Successful background clearance required Proof of Vehicle Insurance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate vehicles for client transportation. Ability to handle data collection accurately and maintain detailed documentation of services provided.
