  • $20 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Problem-solving Problem identification Full Job Description ABC Community Services is seeking reliable and compassionate Weekend Float Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across our locations in Marion County, Johnson County, and Morgan County .
This position is ideal for applicants who are flexible, dependable, and willing to travel between locations as needed. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals in residential and community settings. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care as needed. Encourage independence, dignity, and informed choice. Support participation in community activities and social engagement. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate important information to team members. Follow all company policies, procedures, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to locations throughout Marion, Johnson, and Morgan Counties.
