Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and sanitation practices Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to safely transfer residents or patients Document care activities accurately, including patient observations, vital signs, and any incidents or concerns Skills Proven experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and dementia or Alzheimer's care strategies First aid and CPR certification to respond effectively in emergencies Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and families Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your compassion meets professional growth. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.50 per hour
