Position Title In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Summary As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and companionship to elderly clients in their homes. Caregivers play an essential role in ensuring clients remain safe, comfortable, and cared for while promoting independence and emotional well-being. We are looking for team members who are compassionate, dependable, patient, professional, and able to communicate effectively with both clients and office staff. Responsibilities & Duties Caregiver responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Personal hygiene assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Mobility assistance and transfers Companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments, errands, or activities Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients Accurate documentation and communication with office staff Qualifications Applicants should possess the following: Compassionate and caring attitude toward the elderly Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background check Strong communication and time-management skills Dependability and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow care plans Physically able to assist clients with mobility needs High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred but

Not Required:

Previous caregiving, healthcare, or CNA experience CPR/First Aid Certification Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care Expectations At Heaven's Halo, we value professionalism and teamwork.

Caregivers are expected to:
