Home Health Aide (HHA)/Caregiver

• Duties:

• Visits and/or extended hours:
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions if applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients, including light housekeeping duties.
• Complete timely medical record documentation and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Experience:

• CNA, HHA, DSP, caregiving or a related field is preferred.

• Skills:

• CPR/first aid training
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
