Our current openings are: Noblesville (46060) Part time 6a-2p Every other Tuesday 6a-2p Every other Wednesday 6a-2p Every other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 6a-2p Noblesville (46060) Part time 2p-10p Every other Tuesday 2p-10p Every other Wednesday 2p-10p Every other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 2p-10p Anderson PAC service, two different clients. Male or female staffing Every Monday 2-6p Every Wednesday 2-6p Every Thursday 2-6p Every Friday 2-6p We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with clients to assist them in daily living activities and promote their independence while respecting their rights and preferences. Duties Provide direct support to individuals in accordance with their care plans. Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management. Observe and document patient behavior and changes in condition, reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel. Support individuals with dementia care and other cognitive challenges, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Uphold resident rights by fostering a respectful and dignified atmosphere for all clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies tailored to each individual's needs. Assist in hospice care when necessary, providing comfort and support to both clients and their families. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and enhance their quality of life. Qualifications Experience in direct support or related fields is preferred but not required. Knowledge of resident rights and patient observation techniques. Familiarity with meal preparation for individuals with specific dietary needs. Experience in senior care or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to adapt to changing situations and respond effectively to client needs.
