Job Description

Hours are 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m., Monday through Friday. Holidays off paid. Generous paid time off schedule including the week after Christmas. (actual dates will vary) Assist an adult individual or a group of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities either separately or in a team teaching program with daily life skills. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support through instructional situations in the areas of personal, social, and community living skills. You will foster a safe and nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. Reporting to the program manager, your role will involve collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
