Job Description

We are looking for a talented Hospice Home Health Aide who is ready to join an amazing team and make a difference at the largest and most clinically capable Critical Access Hospital in Kansas. Successful Candidates:
High School graduate or GED required Kansas Certified Nurse Aide Certification and Kansas Home Health Aide Certification Current BLS and driver's license Be customer-oriented and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Essential Functions:
Perform basis assessment of patients and provide services that are included in the patient's care plan Report measurable outcomes as requested and communicate and changes in the patient's medical, nursing, rehabilitative, and social needs to the hospice nurse Provide support and education to the patient/family and/or caregiver about the patient's disease process At NRH, we want to ensure your needs are met.
