Job Description
1:1 Direct Support Professional (Monday-Friday) $250 Hiring Bonus! Full-Time, Hourly $17 - $18 GoodLife Innovations is seeking 1:1 Direct Support Professionals to teach daily living skills, provide care and companionship, and engage in functional activities with specific clients with behavioral needs. Are you energetic, reliable, and a self-starter? Do you want to make a meaningful difference by supporting and caring for an individual client? If so, you may be a great fit for one of our 1:1 DSP positions! As a 1:1 Direct Support Professional , you will work one-on-one with a client assisting with their specific behavioral needs. You will provide continuous and high-quality attention, interaction, and engagement in activities, as well as helping the client reduce challenging behaviors by teaching appropriate replacement behaviors.
