Direct Support Professional:

3-Day Workweeks! $250 Hiring Bonus! Full-Time, $17.50 - $18.67• GoodLife Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide care and companionship to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! As a Direct Support Professional , you will support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, and maintain health and hygiene for the individuals we serve. Your day will be spent in family-style group homes and Day Service centers to assist with client goals and personal care needs.

Entry-Level Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age Must pass criminal background check Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record (day positions only) Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques

Shifts & Schedules Available:

Front-Half (Sun-Wed) Midweek (Wed/Thu/Fri) Back-Half (Wed-Sat)

Days:
