What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll help individuals with daily routines and personal goals.

Your work may include:

Assisting with meals, shopping, and household tasks Supporting personal care such as hygiene and daily living needs Providing transportation to work, appointments, and activities Encouraging participation in hobbies and community events Creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment Helping individuals stay engaged and connected Every day is different, and your support helps create stability, confidence, and independence.
