Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for those they assist. This role involves working closely with clients who may have varying needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide personal care and support for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies. Requirements Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Strong observational skills for monitoring patient conditions effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
