GoodLife Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals to promote independent living for adults with disabilities at our Wichita Neighborhood Network. As a Direct Support Professional , you will help the people we serve by teaching and rewarding daily living skills. Your day will be spent in Neighborhood Network residences, our Day Service Clubhouse, and out in the community to assist with client goals and building independence. You will build lasting relationships through community outings, functional activities, and daily companionship!

Entry-Level Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age Must pass criminal background check Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting This pay range represents GoodLife's average hourly rate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, shift type, differentials, and program location. #glsek
