Job Description

Community Support Associate Key Assets Kentucky is seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Support Associate (CSA) to provide hands-on, skill-building support to youth and families in their homes and communities. If you're ready to help others grow, heal, and thrive, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Work one-on-one with adults or youth to develop daily living, social, and emotional regulation skills Collaborate with the therapist and treatment team to reinforce clinical goals Provide support during school transitions, home routines, and community activities Accurately document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and licensing standards Maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs, including afternoons and some weekends Please visit keyassets.org for complete job description What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED• Must have one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a 1) Behavioral health disorder or 2) co-occurring disorder and successfully complete within six (6) months of hire the department-led or approved training program described in Section 3 of 908 KAR 2:250.• Must have a valid Kentucky driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
