Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday 10-hour shifts (30 hours/week total)

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support with daily routines and activities Assist with community outings and engagement Offer consistent prompting and guidance to complete tasks Support communication and emotional regulation Follow established behavior support strategies Ensure a safe and structured environment About the

Individual:

Adult with autism who benefits from clear structure, routine, and prompting May display occasional aggressive behaviors; training and strategies will be provided Responds best to calm, patient, and consistent support

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Comfortable implementing behavior support plans Patient, dependable, and attentive Ability to remain calm in challenging situations Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
