Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.

Duties:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by following established care plans
• Support individuals in maintaining their rights and dignity
• Engage in social activities and provide emotional support
• Document individual progress and any incidents according to company procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in home care, senior care, or childcare is preferred
• Familiarity with resident rights, HIPAA regulations, and caregiving best practices
• Ability to follow medication administration protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Knowledge of social work principles is a plus
